Niigaanshkaawin releases Onahchiken; a toolkit to support First Nations with their OFA-MYP submission

The focus of this toolkit is to support First Nation’s with their OFA-MYP planning.

Niigaanshkaawin has assembled together 152 pages of information, examples, and a set of options as a practical guide that communities can use and adapt to their own circumstances. The intent is not to determine priorities for First Nations, but to make the path easier to walk, allowing communities to focus their time and energy on defining their own vision for the well-being of their children and families.

While this Toolkit focuses on the practical aspects of the final submission, communities should collaborate with their members and partners, leadership, and Tikinagan to decide on what priorities are most important to serving their children and families.
